W Kingsbury accounts are available to eligible businesses, sole traders and partnerships, subject to the usual application, reference and approval process.

The form asks for your business and contact details, company status, a trade reference and the applicant’s signature. Lines marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and both pages must be completed.

Identification: Non-limited businesses must provide proof of the applicant’s name and address, such as a driving licence and/or utility bill, with the completed application.

These points summarise the terms and declarations included on the W Kingsbury credit account application form.

Payment terms

All invoices are due for payment by the 28th day of the month following the date of invoice.

Electronic documents

Invoices, credit notes and statements will be issued by email only, using the address supplied on the application.

Overdue balances

An interest charge may apply to invoices that are not paid within the agreed account terms.

Trade references

By signing the application, you authorise W Kingsbury Ltd to obtain references from the trade reference provided, as and when appropriate.

Identification

Proof of name and address must accompany applications from non-limited businesses.

Agreement and signature

The applicant must sign and print their name, state their position in the business and date the completed application.
